The usage of this website provided by e-stablish business GmbH is generally possible without leaving any personal data. In case you should – now or in the future – make use of specific services on this website which do require – or will require in future – personal data, then e-stablish business GmbH does / will make sure that all personal data such as e.g. name, address, email or phone number, is / will be processed in accordance with the general data protection regulation (GDPR).

e-stablish business GmbH does not collect or store personal data of website visitors, not even in the cookies to which you have agreed by directly or indirectly accepting our cookie notice. Our cookies are exclusively required to make this website work propperly.

The usage of cookies improves this website with respect to user experience and security. Common Internet browsers (e.g. Chrome, Firefox, InternetExplorer, Opera, Safari) offer settings options which result in either the general prevention of cookie usage, or in triggering the browser to delete all cookies when the browser is closed. Please note that you might not be able to use our website propperly in case you deactivate cookies completely by choosing the cookie prevention option mentioned above. We therefore recommend that, in case of doubt, you only delete cookies when closing the browser. In any case, the cookies set by our website do only have a limited cookie lifetime (usually 30 days). Afterwards they are deleted automatically.
When using our Internet site only anonymised non-personal data is registered on your computer or device. Common examples are test cookies checking whether your Internet browser does actually allow to set cookies or not; even so, cookies can for instance save your device’s hardware size information in order to show you the mobile version of all our web pages instead of the desktop version in case you are using a mobile phone.
Our website does not require any personal identification or registration. Thus, we are not able – and we do not intend or want – to identify you or any user in person.
At this stage the website of e-stablish business GmbH does not make use of any tracking tool using or saving personal website usage profiles (like e.g. Google Analytics does). In order to learn e.g. which of our web pages are used how frequently we do only make use of non-personal user information. Hence, neither we nor any third party is making use of your personal data in this respect.
Personal data which you might send us pro-actively by email (e.g. your name, postal address or the email address itself) is only used for the purpose for which you send us the data. In this context we want to point out, however, that sending an email does usually not provide a comprehensively secure end to end encryption (i.e. from the device or software programme of the sender to the device or software programme of the recipient) of an email message and its potential attachment. Therefore a small theoretical risk remains, that personal data might be read or even manipulated by unauthorised third parties. Subsequently e-stablish business GmbH can not guarantee entire data security in this context, particularly not with respect to partially or entirely unencrypted emails.
Data storage time
Personal data is only stored for the period required in order to fulfill the related service, for which you provided the data to us. Further below you can find details regarding your informational or deletion rights regarding your personal data. In case legal requirements (e.g. commercial or tax law) do oblige us to save and store some of your data, we want to share with you transparently that this may in some cases be a period of up to ten years.
Your rights
In case you want to, there is a – free of charge – possibility to obtain transparent information from our side about all your personal data stored by us. This data is then provided to you in a common, structured and machine readable format.
In case you should no more agree that we save personal data of / about you, or in case this data has changed, we will – upon your request and as far as legally allowed – delete, correct or restrict the access to your data.

Processing and storage of your personal data
e-stablish business GmbH hosts this website as well as our email accounts at a Germany-based hosting provider.
In case emails are internally forwarded within e-stablish business GmbH, the recipients’ email address is also hosted in Germany.
Even so, e-stablish business GmbH does neither make use of any cloud services (which usually save data on distributed locations on the Internet) nor of so-called ASP or application service providers (in these cases the actual software and/ or data may be processed outside of a company’s office).
In case of decentral usage of mobile computers or devices (on which personal data could possibly be stored) outside of our office (e.g. when visiting a trade show, a customer or a business partner) we always make sure that data is sufficiently access protected.
Data forwarding to third parties
We ensure that we do not forward any personal data to third parties, except for the cases in which we are either legally obliged to, or in which you have agreed to. Therefore we guarantee in particular that we do not sell personal data for the purpose of advertising, market research, address vending or similar commercial purposes.
As far as we use the services of third parties for processing and delivering (e.g. postal shipping services), we respect all legal requirements regarding personal data.
Data protection regarding links to third party websites
As far as we provide links to websites of third parties, we can not assume any liability or warranty, neither for the correctness or comprehensiveness of any such web content, nor with respect to data security and privacy protection on these websites. Given that we do not have any influence on the data protection compliance of third parties we recommend that you have a close look at their GDPR documentation on your own.
